Our client for this project was a vendor of pharmaceuticals and medical products providing services in more than 15 states in the U.S. The client works in partnership with biopharma companies, hospitals, pharmacies, and manufacturers and has been a renowned name in the industry for more than two decades.


The client faced issues with their existing system, and it hampered the daily operations. Furthermore, the system was outdated and lacked scalability. The client wanted us to have a functional inventory management feature and a better delivery management feature for better management and flexibility for their users.

The client was also looking for a development firm that strictly ensures HIPAA compliance to secure their users’ information.


The NineHertz Team brainstormed ideas in the requirement gathering phase through market research and analyzing the current system to gain a clear understanding of the client’s vision to simplify operations in a pharmacy chain across multiple locations through a single platform. Our approach focused on the following –

Admin Panel

The admin panel is an easy-to-use interface designed to control and manage all aspects of the pharmacy platform, including inventory, pharmacists, orders, customers, content, and analytics. It provides an interactive dashboard to the admin with metrics and tools to optimize management tasks and ensure smooth operations.
